The itinerary begins at the Capitoline Hill, the most important of the seven historical hills. It then proceeds into the Roman Forum, where the Romans ruled their Empire. There you will marvel at the ancient ruins of the temples and Basilicas. This fascinating visit will continue inside the glorious Colosseum to get the feeling of the past and finish by the ruins of the gladiators' school and Nero's golden house, the Domus Aurea.

This tour offers the possibility to enter inside the Colosseum and other Museums with a reservation which means no lines and only a few minutes for the metal detector security check.

Summary: This walking tour begins at city center hotels where the tour guides meet the guests. Rates are PER GROUP for groups of 1 to 10 persons, in US dollars, and do not include entrance fees to the Colosseum (approximately $18.40 & subject to change). Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-208-4421. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

~ Tour does not operate on Easter, August 15th, December 25th, December 31st and January 1st.

~ Tour does not include entrance fee to the Colosseum.

~ This is a walking tour, so please wear comfortable shoes.
